Miami Club Raided- Over 40 Arrests

Phnom Penh: Police, headed by HE General Soe Thon, the municipal police chief, led an operation to crack down on the Miami Amusement Club on Street 360 in Boeung Keng Kang I, Khan Chamkar Mon At 2:00 am on April 11, 2019, over drug use.

The club has already been visited by authorities three times, and even closed down recently, but quickly reopened.

More than 40 people were detained, and drugs were found, but the authorities have not yet released an official statement.

The detained young men and women were taken to the Phnom Penh police station for questioning.
