Chinese Passport Thief Caught
Phnom Penh: A Chinese suspect was arrested by Porsen Chey district police after he stole a passport from a guesthouse at 3:10 am on April 10, 2019.
The theft took place at Anda Tourism and Real Estate in Kbal Damrey II Village, Sangkat Kakap 2, Khan Por Senchey
The suspect Li SHENGYUN, a 21-year-old male Chinese man, stole the passport of Ling Xiang, a 35-year-old Chinese woman.
The police investigation led to a guesthouse room, where 18 other passports were recovered from the suspect.
The suspect is now being questioned.
