Bag Snatch Leaves Woman Seriously Injured
Phnom Penh : A womanis in a critical condition after a thief pulled her from a tuk tuk during a bag snatch.
The incident took place at 6 am 10th April 2019, along Monireth, Phnom Penh.
Sources from the scene, said they saw the woman riding in a motorcycle taxi, when suddenly the suspect on a Honda Dream 125 without the plates, drew up close and grabbed her bag. As the thief drove off, the woman was dragged out, and hit the road. An ambulance was called to take her to hospital.
