Another Top Cop Arrested in Drugs Crackdown

Phnom Penh: The force of the Anti-Narcotics Department of the National Police Commission launched a series of raids on April 9, 2019, arrested of three suspects involved in drug trafficking.

One of the suspects arrested in Phnom Penh’s Chbar Ampov district has been identified as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer.

Colonel Horn Palanat, is the deputy chief of the Finance Bureau of the Royal Gendarmerie of Command in the country.
