Phnom Penh: According to a preliminary press release, an RX350 with state license plate 17 2-0845 crashed into a road divider, trashing the car.
The suspected drunken driver got out the car, removing a gun and hailed a motorcycle taxi which took him away from the scene. Although no shots appear to have been fired, the hapless driver dropped a live bullet in his getaway, which took place shortly before midnight on April 5, 2019 along Mao Tse Tung.
