Child Dies in Banteay Meanchey Lightning Strike

Banteay Meanchey province: On April 5, 2019, three children were hit by a lightning strike, killing one a seriously injuring the other two. They were walking out in the rain to find snails in the rice fields near Say Saymon village, Mongkol Borei district. Banteay Meanchey Province.

The victim was identified as Tyne Soriya, a 10-year-old, who died while being sent to the hospital. The two others, Mao Sokhim, 16-year-old male and Mao Vichit 19 year old, seriously injured and being treated in hospital. http://www.arey-news.com/archives/298364
