Siem Reap: According to the National Police Commissioner, on April 5, 2019, a suspect device was reported to the police.
A supposed bomb had been left in front of Chea Chek Chum, in front of the Royal Palace in Siem Reap at about 9am.
After the news, competent authorities investigated and, after a thorough examination, the device was simply an MP3 speaker that had broken and been dumped.
