Siem Reap: Siem Reap traffic police chief Colonel Chim Sovann, reported that a 51-year-old man from New Zealand, EUAN MANCER, was seriously injured after he was hit by a motorbike on April 01, at 9:30 pm, near Wat Prumaroth bridge, in Siem Reap.
The victim suffered head injuries and cracked ribs. The motorcycle was being driven by a Cambodian male.
The motorcycle has been impounded, but it is not yet clear what charges the rider will face.
Like a lot of arogant ill educated tourists he was probably walking in the middle of the road.
