PHNOM PENH: Sources report that on the morning of April 2, 2019, Oknha Kith Thieng, currently in pre-trial detention over drugs charges was transferred from PJ prison for hospital treatment due to health problems.
The move came after a request from the tycoon’s lawyer to send him to Soviet Friendship Hospital was sent to the prosecutor.
