Edward Clifford (Saffer) and Jeremy Pell Picked Up By Immigration

PHNOM PENH: The Bureau of Investigation and Procedural Immigration Plan of the Capital Police received 2 foreigners on April 1, 2019 at 10.30.


Lt. Col. Chea Chetra, Chief of Investigation and Compliance Department, said that JEREMY T. PELL, a 51-year-old male (nationality unclear) was picked up by the police force of Wat Phnom District, Khan Daun Penh. Phnom Penh.

He arrived in Cambodia in 2011 via PPIA in 2011 as a tourist, has no place to stay and no passport.

The second man EDWARD LLEWELLYN CLIFFORD, 55, a South African was handed over from the police force of Srah Chas commune, Daun Penh district, being homeless and not having a passport. He came to Cambodia on December 29, 2018 through PPIA as a tourist.

The pair were sent to the General Department of Immigration to carry out the proceedings of the law.
