Phnom Penh: Police reports say an as yet unidentified American man has been arrested for pedophile activity on March 31, 2019, in Phnom Penh.
Police have so far withheld details, but the suspect appears to be a James Allan Morrow, who is supposedly serving a 10 year sentence in Prey Sar.
Morrow was first arrested on March 11, 2011.
