Baby River Dolphin Found Dead in Stung Treng

Stung Treng: On the morning of March 30, 2019, a fisherman spotted a dead baby dolphin in the river near Preah Pumploul commune, Thalaborivat district, Stung Treng province.

The animal weighed 11 kg. The dolphin may have drowned after being caught in fishing nets, although the cause of death is not yet clear.
