Phnom Penh: The owner of the Range Rover 2AF-7777, which hit the fourth year university student, has been identified and suspected of being the daughter of a hotel boss in Siem Reap province.
Yin Mana was named on social media as the car’s owner, and is believed to be the daughter of Yin Guek, a “council member”.
Clarification on the name of the hotel is being clarified.
The car was later found at 12:10 am on March 27, 2019 was spotted in front of Independence garage along Street 371 in Sangkat Steung Meanchey III, Khan Mean Chey Phnom Penh.
