Another Drunken Amputation
Kandal: At 7:20 pm on March 24, 2019, a violent fight broke out in, Toul Meas village, Ariosivath commune, Leuam district, Kandal province.
The victim, Sim Chaneth, a 36-year-old male living in the village lost his left hand.
Suspect. Ka Chavan, 25 years old, escaped immediately after the incident.
Police said that before the incident, the suspect drank alcohol and was riding a motorcycle in front of the victim’s house. An argument began and the victim was knocked unconscious and the had his hand severed at the wrist.
Police are hunting the suspect.
