Water Shortages Update

Koh Kong: More than 1,000 mostly Muslim families in Village 4, Sangkat Dangkor, Khemarak Phoumin say they have lacked water for 3 months, and have resorted to using a local pond.

Battambang: Residents of Bavel district have had water deliveries courtesy of the district police commissioner.

Mondulkiri: Water sources in Sre Chhouk Commune, Keo Seima district have nearly dried up.

People across the country are being urged to conserve water during the dry season, expected to last until the end of May.
