Indian Caught Without Papers in Svay Rieng
An Indian man was detained in Svay Rieng province on March 18, 2019, at 09:00 AM.
KRISHNAN BALA was arrested in Thnal Koeng Village, Bavet City, Svay Rieng Province after some sort of unrequited love affair with Cambodian citizen Ek Seila, 28.
After a complaint, the Indian man was found to not have a passport/visa.
He was sent to the Department of Investigation.
