Kampong Speu: A foreigner was detained in Kampong Speu for not having correct documentation and ‘mental disorders’.
The Office of Investigation and Compliance with the Immigration Department of Chbar Morn City on March 15, 2019 detained the man for unlawful residence.
Police said ANGELO GABRIELE GAGLIARDI, a 52-year-old male from Italy, was sent to the General Department of Immigration to handle the procedure.
