Phnom Penh: A Chinese man driving at high speed, was seriously injured after crashing into a waterway. He was admitted to a hospital at 4:30 am on the 16th. March 2019.
The incident occurred inTrapeang Thnong village, Sangkat Samrong Krom, Khan Por Senchey.
According to local people, the RX300 was driven by a Chinese man who speed up and didn’t brake approaching the hazard.
The driver is said to be in a very serious condition. The car was taken away for storage.
