Koh Kong: A foreigner died in a guesthouse toilet at 5:00 am on March 13, 2019.
The guesthouse, Meas Meas, is in the village of 2 Smach Mean Chey Khemarak Phoumint.
The victim was named as Bruno Michael Leihenseder, 72, of Germany (also appears to have Marshall Islands ID).
According to the test, the victim died of heart failure in the bathroom.
After examination, the victim was handed over to the embassy who are searching for relatives.
