Chinese Woman Dies in Kandal

Kandal: On Wednesday March 13, at 19:15 pm, a Chinese woman died on a construction site for the 3rd Ring Road, in Sdao Village, 5, Dei Edth Commune, Kien Svay District, Kandal Province.

MAO XINGHUA, a 49-year-old Chinese woman,was visiting her husband who is working on the road construction.

According to the victim’s husband, speaking through an interpreter, they had eaten a meal, and were walking when suddenly the victim collapsed.

She was taken to Kien Svay Referral Hospital, but had already died before arriving.

Translators then reported to the police at the district police inspectorate.

After receiving information local authorities examined the body and concluded she had died from a heart attack brought on by high blood pressure.

After examining, the body was taken to Phnom Penh’s Steung Meanchey pagoda.
