At 8.15 on March 14th, there was a traffic accident on National Road 4, between KM 170-171.
An unnamed 28-Year-old Chinese man from Sihanoukville managed to take his souped up Tacoma off-roader off road, and rolled it.
The car was driving to Phnom Penh, and was travelling at high speed before the accident. Nobody was reported injured.
