Gang Beat Man to Death in Broad Daylight- Kandal

Kandal: At around 3.30 pm on March 12, 2019, a murder occurred after around 5 suspects riding three motorbikes armed with swords, sticks and metal pipes beat a man to death in the street.

The incident occurred in Svay Chrum Village, Prek Batambong Commune, Muk Kampoul District, Kandal Province.

The victim was named Kham Chamroeun, a 38-year-old man who sold goods. Other reports suggest that the victim and the suspect were involved with drugs.
