Phnom Penh: A Vietnamese national was arrested on Sunday, March 10, 2019, at 13:45, for flying a drone in a “Restricted Area”.
According to Daun Penh Police, the Vietnamese man was sent to the Ministry of Interior Security Department to be processed according to the procedures.
