Foreigner in Lexus Arrested After Crash (Video)

Preliminary information: A Lexus driven by a foreigner crashed, hitting two other motorbikes, injuring an elderly woman, who was immediately sent to the hospital.

This happened along National Road No. 1 in Chbar Ampov district at 1am on March 10, 2019.
