Tbong Khmum: At 3:30 pm on March 8, 2019, in Srei Som village, Kampath commune, Memot district, an explosion injured two men.
The men, aged 32 and 35, suffered wounds after a can filled with explosives which they planned to catch fish with blew up..
The victims are now in Memot Hospital for treatment.
