Chinese Woman Pushed into Wet Concrete After Cash Clash

Sihanoukville: At 8:20 am on March 8th there was a violent incident on a construction site in Village 3, Sangkat 4 Sihanoukville.

A Chinese man was arguing over money with a Chinese woman. When the woman took the money, she was pushed into wet cement.

Police officers arrived and took the Chinese woman into an onsite cabin and found a translator.

After questioning her, the police then said the matter had been resolved without need for more legal action.
