Laotian With Meth Pills Arrested in Stung Treng

Stung Treng Province: The Royal Gendarmerie of Stung Treng Province arrested a man with a large quantity of yama tablets at 3:20 pm on March 7, 2019, on Vorn Kham Boulevard in Khum Phat Village, Stung Treng province.

The suspect, identified as Bun Nam, 43, a Lao national, lives in Vientiane, Lao PDR.

A source from the Royal Gendarmerie of Stung Treng province said that the the suspect crossed the border from Laos and traded the drugs in Stung Treng, Cambodia.

After his arrest, the suspect and evidence were sent to the provincial court according to the procedures.
