Taiwanese in Tacoma Takes On Divider
Phnom Penh: A driver, reported as a Taiwanese man, drove at high speed into a concrete divider near Stoeung Meanchey Flyover, Street 271 in Boeung Salang commune, Toul Kork district late on March 5, 2019.
After the incident, the local authorities came down and contacted the city traffic experts to take the car to keep at the station. Phnom Penh police are waiting for the owner to resolve the damage to state property.
