PP-SHK Expressway Breaking Ground on March 22

Phnom Penh: The much anticipated high speed road from Phnom Penh to Sihanoukville will begin construction site is on March 22, 2019.

The event will be chaired by Samdech Techo HUN SEN, Prime Minister of Cambodia, and Mr. Wang Vanthan, Chinese Ambassador to Cambodia.

The Phnom Penh-Sihanoukville expressway construction project was inked between Mr. Sun Chanthol, Minister of Public Works and Transport of Cambodia, signed with Mr. Chit Thivav Chairman of the China Transport Construction Corporation at the beginning of 2018.

The road will be built by a Chinese company named CAMBODIAN PPSHV EXPRESSWAY CO., LTD.

The highway is scheduled to take four years to complete.
