Kampot: The Office of Investigation and Enforcement, on the morning of March 3, 2019 in cooperation with Immigration Division of Kampot Province detained a British man who appears to have no visa/passport, is in poor mental health and was carrying knives.
ALISDAIR MCGEACHY , a tourist from Scotland was sent to the Department of Investigation and carry out the procedures.
