Illegally Residing Chinese Man Arrested in Banlung

Rattanakiri: On March 2, 2019, at 11.15am, a 39 year old Chinese, Zheng Meng, was arrested by Immigration authorities in Chey Chumneas village, Laang Seak commune, Banlung, Rattanakiri province. The man was in possession of a bag full of plant sprays which he transported on a hand trolley. It remains unclear what he was going to do with them.

Currently, the police force of the Immigration Control Bureau has sent him to the Immigration Office for further proceedings.
