Chinese Driver Dies After Crashing Highlander
Sihanoukville: A Chinese man died at the scene of an accident in Sihanoukville at 1:10 am on March 1, 2019.
His HIGHLANDER hit a road barrier divider ahead of the City Autonomous Port Sihanouk.
The car, Phnom Penh 2AL-9729 driven by the unidentified Chinese male came from the west and overturned, killing the man instantly.
The car is being kept at the Traffic Police Office of Tra Vinh.
