Another Truck, Another House
(Phnom Penh): A man driving a truck at high speeds lost control, hitting property causing damage. Nobody was injured.
The incident occurred in the early hours of March 1, 2019, along Veng Sreng Road near Independence Market 3, located in Stung Meanchey III, Khan Mean Chey, Phnom Penh.
Witnesses said the truck was driving west along the Veng Sreng Road when it suddenly veered right and hit the houses,
The truck driver jumped out the cab and ran off into the night, leaving the damaged truck for the authorities to deal with.
After the incident, the truck was taken to the Phnom Penh Road Traffic Police office to wait for a legal settlement later.
