IFL Japanese Teacher Dies

Phnom Penh: A surprise came after a foreign man died at 9 am on February 26, 2019, in a rented room in Sangkat Steung Mean Chey 2, Khan Meanchey, Phnom Penh.

HARADA STUGUMI, a 77-year-old Japanese teacher, worked at the Institute of Foreign Languages ​​(IFL).

According to a witness, he went to the rentied room, saw the victim lying dead and promptly reported to the authorities.

After the incident, the Office of Science and Technology of the Phnom Penh Police Commissariat visited the body and made a statement saying that the man had died of a heart attack.

The body is being kept at Wat Steung Meanchey to wait for relatives.
