Drunk Chinese Takes Out Cart and Lexus
Phnom Penh: A Chinese drunk driver rammed into a noodle cart and property at around 2 am on February 25, 2019, along Route 271, in Boeung Salang District Tuol Kork.
The source of the incident said that before the incident a group of 4 Chinese men and women were in a Highlander, Phnom Penh 2AP-8199, and driving at speed.
The car veered to the right, hitting the cart, a house and a Lexus LX470, causing damage, but no injuries.
After the incident, the Chinese driver refused to settle. Eventually the police came and the driver agreed to fork out $ 8,000 to the affected parties to resolve the matter.
