Traffic Jams Likely on Road 4 (Kampong Seila)

Preah Sihanouk: Four vehicles collided along National Highway 4 on the bridge in Kampong Seila at about 7 am on February 24, 2019. Preliminary reports from the Royal Gendarmerie of Kompong Seila reported that there were no deaths, but some injuries.

Traffic disruption on Highway 4 is likely until the scene can be cleared.
