Rude Awakening for Kampot Family
Kampot: A truck rammed into houses at 5:10 am February 22, 2019, on National Highway 3, in Sangkat Apeang Chea, Kampot City.
Traffic police officials in Kampot city said that the Camel company truck was driving east to west, when it lost control, crashing into a house. Five family members were in bed at the time and luckily no one was injured. The driver immediately ran away.
The official said that the home owner was Phan Kui, a 37-year-old male who works as an official at Kampot Health Department, and lives in the house with his wife and children.
The wayward trucker is suspected of falling asleep at the wheel
Currently, cops are carrying out an investigation.
