Phnom Penh: Police and citizens managed to capture a man who is suspected attempting to break into condo apartments on Street 596 in Boeung Kok II commune, Toul Kork district, at 12:00 am local time. 21 February 2019.
After doing a Spiderman impression several stories up, the suspect was finally detained by authorities for questioning.
UPDATE:
The suspect, Vann Channa, 25, is a security guard at Condominium 999, who had been taking drugs before the incident.
