Phnom Penh: A Chinese woman in a Lexus hit a tree at 10 pm on February 20, 2019, in front of the National Bank, along Norodom Boulevard in Phsar Thmey 1 commune, Daun Penh district, Phnom Penh.
The 30-year-old Chinese driver, suspected of driving under the influence of alcohol was not injured, but had damaged both her car and state property, and clearly posed a danger to the public.
The woman was finally taken to the Psar Thmey police station for questioning.
