Phnom Penh: BREAKING NEWS: At least five people have been seriously injured after an SCG cement truck crashed into traffic on Monivong.
The incident happened at 7:50 am on February 20, 2019, in front of Boeung Trabek High School, in Chamkar Mon district. Phnom Penh. The truck driver was arrested immediately.
UPDATE: A later report stated that a high school teacher who was on his way into work was killed in the incident.
