German National Passed Away in Kampot
A German national, Thomas Friedrich Mertens, 69, passed away in Kampot of heart disease. The owner of the rented property contacted the authorities after finding the dead man on the morning of February 19.
The deceased is reported as being a teacher. His body was taken to Russian hospital in Phnom Penh. ·
