Phnom Penh: At 11:30 am on February 15, 2019, two men were arrested on Veng Sreng Road in front of the beer factory in Trapeang Thleng 1 commune, Chom Chao 1 commune, Por Sen Chey district.
The pair were masquerading as monks and collecting alms from citizens.
Sok Sothea, 18, and Prang Samnang, 35, were taken to the Ministry of Cults and Religion.
