Ratanakiri: On February 15, 2019, a man has suffered serious injuries after using an explosive device as a bomb to catch the fish in the village of O’Tang in village Sam, O’Yadav Ra Rattanakiri.
The Royal Armed Forces of O’Yadaw district arrived at the scene and said that the victim was 31-year-old male from Teng Ang Village, Yvngong Commune, O’Yadaw District, Rattanakiri Province.
Before the incident, the victim turned a firework into a bomb to catch fish, but it exploded accidently.
Currently, the victim is being treated in hospital.
