Drunk Driver Snoozes After Smash

PHNOM PENH: A heavily drunk driver who crashed into a road divider damaged his car.

The incident occurred at 11:40 pm on the 14th of February, 2019, along Monivong Boulevard.

A source from the scene said the car was driven by a drunk man at high speed. The left side of the vehicle hit the concrete, but after the impact the owner of the car was too drunk and fell asleep.

After the incident, local authorities removed the car to the municipal police station, waiting for the owner to settle later (*presumably after he sobered up). https://postnews.com.kh/local/413765
