Phnom Penh: A Korean man wielding a batons and sword was seen walking around Borey Toul Sangke from 6 to 7:40 am, forcing police to intervene.
The incident occurred on the concrete road in Borey Villa, Tuol Sleng, Sangkat Kilometer 6, Khan Rousey Keo, Phnom Penh, on February 13, 2019.
According to residents near the scene, at about 6 am, the man was holding the knife and baton and acting erratically. People contacted the authorities to come and see.
When the cops came in, they confiscated the weapons, then the man walked into a nearby house.
