Poipet Bomb- Khmer Released, Thai Arrested
Banteay Meanchey: On the evening of February 12, 2019, police detained an unidentified Thai in connection with the bomb planted in a Poipet casino.
It is reported the incident may have some relation to a casino fire in January in Poipet.
Meanwhile, Khmer Lay Kim Leang, a 39-year-old male who was being questioned over the case has been released.
Police seem to believe the case is related to a business dispute, rather than terrorism.
