Chinese Man Dies in Construction Fall

Sihanoukville: A Chinese man died shortly after falling from a building at 4:50 pm on February 12, in Village 3, Sangkat 4, Sihanoukville.

The dead man was named named as HOU SHENGXING, aged 40 (*and if report is correct, had an expire visa).

Authorities conformed he died after multiple fractures resulting from the fall and the body was taken to the provincial hospital to wait fro instruction from the embassy.

This is just the latest death from construction sites, with safety equipment and practices routinely being ignored.
