American Dies on St 178

Phnom Penh: An American died on February 12, 2019 at the Nawin Hotel, Street 178, Khan Daun Penh, Phnom Penh. GARRIE WHALEN, a 79-year-old male was found by his Filipino wife in the hotel bathroom.

Officials from the Technical Office concluded the victim died of a heart attack (caused by chronic heart disease). The body was taken to Russian Hospital.
