Israeli Tourist Evacuated From Koh Rong by Navy

 The headquarters of the General Secretariat of the National Committee for Maritime Security rescued a foreign tourist from Koh Rong late on the night of 9th of February, 2019.

The 19-year-old Israeli woman Eynat Ofir was suffering from a serious illness and had no means of transportation to Sihanoukville hospital.

According to a statement from the headquarters of the General Secretariat of the National Committee for Maritime Security, a speedboat was dispatched to Koh Rong port, which returned with the tourist to theautonomous port Sihanoukville, where she was taken Sihanoukville Referral Hospital.

The Israeli tourist is now recovering, thanks to the swift action from the navy. DAP
