Kandal Province: Two active thieves were detained by local police after a mob attacked them for attempting to steal a motorcycle in front of a house. The incident happened on February 8, 2019 at 08:15 am at Prek Khs village, Sa’ang District, Kandal Province.
Four men attempted to steal a motorbike parked at the victim’s home. When challenged, two escaped, but angry locals caught up with the slower pair. After a sound beating, cops took them away, patched them up and are preparing them for court.
